Craig Hettrich is the Founder of The Hettrich Group and as a Business Architect he helps CEO’s design and build great companies. Craig serves clients across the US, with emphasis on Northern California.

Craig has over 30 years of experience as a CEO, President and Senior Sales and Marketing executive in the Food Industry. His career includes positions of increasing sales and marketing executive leadership with Nestle and General Mills as well the role of President of American Seafood’s International and of Eskimo Pie Inc. Craig was also the CEO of Sacramento based Java City.  Craig is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Trifecta Nutrition, the number one and fastest growing meal preparation company in US.

Craig and his wife Joyce are dedicated to the nonprofit community in Greater Sacramento. They passionately believe in providing access to great education to underserved populations that will lead to sustainable, thriving communities. Craig serves on the Board of Directors at Social Venture Partners – Sacramento where he was also former Board Chair and on the Board of Directors at Allegiant Giving. Craig was also the Past President of the Board of Directors at Stanford Youth Solutions where he led the merger with Sierra Forever Families.

As a CEO or President of three companies Craig has “walked in your shoes” He has experienced all facets of “scaling up” in leading companies at various levels ranging in revenues from $8M to $420M. He knows what its like to hit the ceiling and make the necessary recalibrations and course corrections to resume rapid growth.
