ADDING TEAM MEMBERS
This function allows you to give access to your team in Metronome and set them up with the appropriate permission.
Your individual Account Page is where you may set your preferences - which emails you receive, password changes, image upload, etc.
Here you may add your company logo and customize which modules are seen on the left-hand menu by your team.
It's important to get your meetings set up. This is where your communication lies and where your company's accountability piece begins.

Add your company quarterly priorities here. If you do not have them set up yet, not a problem, move on to the next step and come back when you are ready to add them in.

It identifies which functions are key to making money and how you can see the quarterly priorities that are associated to help see how you are reaching your goals.
A Summary Email is a great way for the CEO to get a weekly email to the team (or board) with the status of your company goals.
Swimlanes supports the visualization and operationalization of the 3 year highly achievable goal (3HAG).
Tags can help you to drill down on the metrics and priorities you are looking at - this is most helpful in meetings.
