Take The Next Step
QUALIFICATION
- Business Coach for a minimum of 3 years – or – Evidence of using a similar system as a CEO
- Must have an existing practice and portfolio of a minimum of 3 annually engaged clients
- Must show evidence of competency as a business coach through:
- Utilizing an Execution system with existing clients and showing evidence of proficiency
- Historical evidence of usage of execution system and impact on existing or past clients
CERTIFICATION
- In-person “Kick-Off” training – Two cohorts annually
- On-demand Learning modules
- Implementation of Compound Growth System and Metronome Software system
- Applied Learning – Evidence of impact with clients
- Metronome Software Certification
- Compound Growth System Certification Written and Oral Exam
